fucking legalize weed, duh.

Do you mean yesterday around the bay?

Easy. Do exactly what Prop 5 asked the voters to do. Let out all non-violent offenders and make the parole requirements a bit easier so that people who get stuck in traffic and don't make their parole meetings on time don't get sent back to prison on what is essentially a technicality.

Voters were not told the truth about prop 5, and as such, it failed.
