Alleged Muni Humper Nabbed, With Help of Twitter

Speaking of Muni shadiness, the alleged Muni Humper, who is apparently under the age of 18, has been arrested by SFPD, thanks to a friend of Plug1 who had also been a victim. The victim recently identified le Humper in a line-up and agreed to file a detailed report. Referring to her trusty Twitter feed, she reported the exact dates and times of her encounters with the suspect on the N from the past two months.
