Mission Creek Music & Arts Festival, Tonight Through July 25

missioncreek.jpg The 13th annual Mission Creek Music & Arts Festival starts tonight with an Opening show at the Knockout. The Fest will then be concentrated in Oakland tomorrow through Monday, and will continue it's epic line-up in San Francisco on Wednesday for the following ten days. Check the full calendar. All-ages shows are in colored boxes.

The highlight of the festival will be a free concert on Saturday the 18th at McLaren Park, in which Dead Meadow, Kelley Stoltz, Persephone's Bees, The Rubies, and Bart Davenport, among others will perform. There are also book readings and film screenings throughout the fest.

Additionally, Mission Creek is still looking for volunteers to help out during the event, which has many perks!
