RIP, Farrah.
While she's best remembered for her seminal work in Charlie's Angels and bestowing the world with a signature hairstyle, we'll remember Fawcett best as Francine Hughes, an abused wife in the single greatest and saddest TV movie of all time, The Burning Bed -- a telefilm that spawned countless, lesser Lifetime imitators.
The acclaimed actress died this morning at 9:28 a.m. at St. John’s Heath Center in Santa Monica where she had returned "for treatment of complications from anal cancer, first diagnosed three years ago," reports People Magazine.
Alas.

Even though I'm a little older than Brock, my only real memory of Farrah was in Cannonball Run. (Underrated movie.)
Rest easy, Farrah.
I don't know how old Brock or Underachieving is, but I was born in the mid 60's, and I remember having the old FF poster taped on the back of my bedroom door. Lots of nights furtively spent playing the bongos to that picture.
Peace out, Farrah.
I see a shrine with many, many candles and flowers popping around at the Trans March...
All I remember is my mom and I cheering while watching The Burning Bed. Probably not the best thing to let a little kid watch, but it was awesome.
First saw her on an episode of the Partridge Family; the one with Harry Morgan trying to scam the family. Sorry to see her go.
Does anyone remember seeing her in "Myra Breckinridge"? Raquel Welch is trying to seduce her...I'm glad that she survived that film and went on to make better things like "The Burning Bed" or that Robert Duvall film and show that she was more than a sex symbol. R.I.P.
