Quote du Jour: the Other BART Bathroom

A constituent asked BART staff a question about the potties during a public meeting yesterday. The inquiry? Would BART consider removing sex designation on single-stall bathrooms inside the stations.

Bart director Tom Radulovich, according to SFGate, responded thusly:

In San Francisco we've got unisex bathrooms. They're called elevators.

Hee. Also: true.

I can't believe anyone would want to use a BART public restroom, even if they were open.

haha .. good one. Yeah, I would think a BART public restroom would be also known as the mugging room.

A friend of a friend told me that Bart goes to these places called 'the suburbs', where you can have things like public bathrooms that actually stay kind of clean and crime-free. I know, totally crazy.

Suburb people are just as filthy and crazy as the rest of us.

That man sounds like he tweets.

I thought that they closed all of the restrooms because of the terrorism. Is the terrorism over? Can I not be in terror now?

Just wait til you visit one of the public BART restrooms, I guarantee: there will be Terror.
