One of the highest paid police forces in the country (and world), and they can't even figure out how to police these public events that have been going on for years. How many people think that SFPD is overpaid and ineffective? SFPD and the Mayor's office help to destroy Halloween in the Castro -- couldn't figure out how to manage that event -- now their about to destroy Pink Saturday. No wonder we have such a high rate of unsolved murders in this city. SFPD is managed by incompetents.
