You might point out to her that no one held a gun to her kid and forced her to have a kid (and I say this as a mother myself). Any woman who thinks a man is going to split childcare duties 50-50 is delusional. Then again, you probably don't want to be celibate and/or living in the doghouse for the foreseeable future, so maybe that's not good advice.

I traveled five floors in an elevator with Gav and Jen on Saturday night (Beth Spotswood will have all the juice in her column today) and I was mere inches from the baby bump. I can confidently report that she is not showing. Still no sign of boobs either.

I'm calling surrogate on this. Just the whole way it was announced was conspicuous. AND if they know the sex of the baby, I'd have to think that she'd look at least a little 'bloated.'
