It would have been a hell of a lot cheaper, easier and SAFER to just Photoshop the images together. Why did they actually have to shoot it on location??? DUMB.

That had FAIL written all over it from several different levels. The morons that didn't bother to tell the public about it before-hand, mainly, though. Stupid idiot law enforcement and FAA fucks. Even the Mayor of the city didn't know. Haha!

I hate to say this, but this is a worse idea than Bush's "Mission Accomplished" photo-op - Bush may have looked a bit more stupid in his photo, but at least he didn't cause a huge amount of panic while doing it.

Would it have been that difficult to notify TV and radio stations a week in advance to get the word out? Obama may be in a pre 9/11 world but New Yorkers are not.
