During a bout of gunfire at the intersection of International Boulevard at 65th Street yesterday afternoon, a 1-year-old girl, a 4-year-old girl and a 14-year-old boy were shot and wounded in broad daylight. According to CBS 5, " a woman and the children were crossing the street after departing a corner grocery store when the gunfight began," which is when the kids came into the crossfire. All three kids are expected to survive. Also, no arrests have been made, so anyone who saw what happened yesterday afternoon, or knows of any further details, should call the Oakland Police Department's homicide team at 510-238-3821.

Oh god. that's horrible. That's just awful.

That'd be international and 65th AVENUE not 65th Street.
I've got 2 words that would help Oakland.
Gun Control.
What happen to the gun buy back programs anyway?
