Hi Sebastian, I am all about pointing out hypocrisy whenever I see it. Douchebag Gavin opening up his mouth about anything nearing marriage gets tossed. Having some nearly naked stripper opening her mouth about what others should do is equally annoying. Allowing a retard like Perez Hilton out of his mom's basement is just asking for it. You do recall that Gavin was banging his best friends wife, which he admitted, while she was still married to his former campaign manager/best pal. I can’t believe this Miss California story is being so blown out of proportion. I think people need to let up on her. She has a traditional view on marriage and that is okay. If anything, i respect her for giving her real opinion on the issue! Prop 8 won by 2 perecentage points. That's 15 to 20 percentage points since Californians passed prop 21. We have been making serious headway. It's kind of mind-boggling hwat we have accomplished in the last 40 years. Even the last 10 years. We don't need a Harvey Milk. Gay and Lesbian people are way too diverse to be represented by a leader.

Obama is for the full repeal of DOMA. He also understand that in 'our country' gay and lesbian don't actually have the freedom to choose same sex marriage or "opposite sex marriage". She didn't answer that question, but I don't think anyone could've without bias. So Perez definitely wanted her to take a stand, which she did, even if it wasn't quote Obama-caliber oratory. It wasn't what Perez wanted to hear. I probably would've said something like "individual states can make their own laws and that's part of what makes America great" and left my opinion out of it. If she thought her opinion would help her, it wasn't enough. If she thought her opinion would hurt her, she still said what she felt. Maybe he was just judging on oratorical ability and it didn't matter her content. obvi fail. equal rights! pursue happiness! ps: TI should not be imprisoned for exercising his 2nd amendment rights

Thing that no one seems to be pointing out is, her answer was wrong. Her actual opinion doesn't bother me. What bothers me is she's representing California and she's not smart at all. She said... Ever notice that all the good guys are dead and we now have demons and vampires running amuck? From the answer she gave, it was blatantly obvious that she is both profoundly unintelligent and knows absolutely nothing about the issue beyond what her undoubtedly creepy parents told her(let's face it, she's prolly a pageant lifer and anyone who'd stick their kid in a pageant is both morally and ethically questionable.) This is a woman whose job it is to stand there looking like a curvy chunk of plastic. She has clearly never questioned anything. I bet Gavin can relate to her.
