Of course no one has claimed it. There is not such place as "San Francisco News & Gifts (California between Broadway and Sansome)" in my galaxy, because in this space-time continuum, Broadway and California are parallel streets. This lottery ticket, much like our cat, must have excaped through a worm hole.
