Hit-and-Run Crazy Person Indicted for Murder

Fremont lunatic Omeed Aziz Popal, 32, has been indicted by a grand jury on murder charges for the hit-and-run death of 54-year-old old Stephen Jay Wilson in August 2006. Popal (pictured with the poor woman who married him) has been confined to a mental hospital in Napa since going on a rampage in his SUV that same August three years ago in which he also struck 16 pedestrians in San Francisco. Just goes to show that, sometimes, that "crazy" person you shake your fist at for cutting you off on Mission is actually CRAZY.
