Discarded to Divine 2009 Panel Discussion Tomorrow Night at FIDM

Attention fashion enthusiasts: Fashion Group International San Francisco will host a panel of fashion experts from the upcoming Discarded to Divine 2009 fashion show tomorrow night at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM). The organizers and experts will discuss the idea behind the event -- re-fashioning unusable, donated clothes into couture fashions.

There will also be a showcase of last year's designs, and tickets will be for sale to the 2009 fashion show. Refreshments will be served, and the wine sponsor is Parducci, "the first U.S. Carbon Neutral Winery."

Attendees are encouraged to bring their gently worn clothing for donation to the Discarded to Divine fashion recycling event.
