<description>&lt;p&gt;Did you know that Lotta&apos;s Fountain is an actual, water-spitting fountain? I didn&apos;t. But today, I noticed that it was indeed filled with water, as did a gentleman in need of a little wash (and some probably more than a little soap).  While the little lion heads were doing their thing... a guy was using the water to wash down his arms head and face.  

Beware you early risers:  the water, it is tainted.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
