I'm sorry-- what's the joke here? It sounds like a reasonable bill that sadly there is a need for and no one really needs to debate it legally. Why so clever and snide? And wtf w/closing comment about gangs in Oregon? They aren't as cool as California to have serious crime? Y'all suck.
