At Least 13 Dead in Binghamton, New York Shooting

A man in Binghamton, NY, shot and killed at least 13 people at the American Civic Association. The ACA site says it "Assists immigrants and refugees with immigration and personal counseling, resettlement, citizenship, family reunification, interpreters, and translators. Fosters cross cultural understanding for the entire community." ABC News describes the gunman as "an Asian." Check out Gothamist for more.
