Mixon's Cop Murders Push Back Mehserle Court Hearing

Johannes Mehserle court date.jpg

Due to Saturday's "deadliest day" in Oakland Police history, disgraced BART cop Johannes Mehserle's preliminary hearing, which was scheduled for today, will be postponed. According to CBS 5, "attorneys Alison Berry Wilkinson and Bill Rapoport said the judge told prosecutors and defense attorneys on Sunday that the hearing will be pushed back to May 18 because of Saturday's fatal shooting of [four] Oakland police officers." Mehserle, if you reacall, has pleaded not guilty to the New Year's Day murder of Oscar Grant.

With all the tension in Oakland now I hope this guys does not get off. That city will implode.

Have you seen or read Gomorra? It puts all of this in context. No more Indy Bay romantical fetishizing when you realize that Oakland criminals are part of a global network of sociopaths.....

Wow! Cops killed in Oakland? Anyone outraged enough to riot? I didn't think so.
