innocent until proven guilty applies to courts of law, not courts of public opinion. Yeah, it sucks, but arrests are public record.

Whatever happened to innocent until proven quilty. Let's wait til he is convicted before plastering his name all over town. The man still has rights and the right to a fair trial without people judging him beforehand. After he is quilty you may begin the slandering. ;(
