Flickr photog Erik Gibb managed to snap these super pics of Sunday's Portreo Hill porta-potty immolation, which brought the number of blazes to 23 since November. If we're not mistaken, these are the first images of the Toilet Torcher's criminal activity in progress. Fortunately, the rain prevented the fire from igniting the trees along the sidewalk. this could have been much worse.

Except it isn't on the sidewalk its on the street in a parking spot on with a trailer hitch. (but not on wheels)

Oh mushmouth, try turning off your TV once in a while. The link you so haughtily post says that in order to take up 50% of the sidewalk, they have to get an extra permit, which is called a "Street Space / Temporary Occupancy Permit." Without one they are limited to 25% of the width of the sidewalk for a maximum of 10% of the area of sidewalk fronting the property. Thanks for playing.

If you don't think they have the right permit, call the DPW and have them cited, I hear the city is looking for money.

You could take the toilet-torcher's approach.
