I ate at Janitizi http://www.yelp.com/biz/janitzi-san-francisco#hrid:3N3Pyxq5dbUAToEvg6OSwA/src:search/query:janitizi in December and they served Saltines with their (pretty good) ceviche. they closed the next day. Sad. The food was good, but they seemed unprepared in everyway to be open for business.

I'm pretty sure the Nabisco corporation would remind you that "Triscuits" is incorrect, and the word "Triscuit" is both singular and plural. No, seriously.

And you wonder why people aren't bothering to go to restaurants lately. When you pay $70, one would expect to get something other than cheap crackers they can grab at the grocery store.
