<description>&lt;p&gt;KNTV article hits the nail on the head.  This is what happens when a state is dominated by one political party.  You get Rod Blagojevich in Illinois, and you get California.  Of course that&apos;s not the sole cause of our current clusterfuck, but it&apos;s a big one.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
