Bay Area, Drenched

weather bay area rain.jpg

The recent (and much-needed) rainfall in the Bay Area has resulted in power outages, fallen trees, and road closures. Hail has been reported in Potrero Hill. The Upper Haight was "like a monsoon." Even a flood advisory (as of 10:30 a.m.) is in effect this morning. But! A brief fdry spell is expected to start Wednesday, which will be followed by even more rain on Friday. Woo hoo! (Be sure to check Weather Underground for all your meteorological needs.)
