that's because Jameth uses a phone, and Hawk uses a bulky camera with a big fat lens and tripods. No way to be discreet with all that stuff.

There's TH's right to take photos and there's the FBI's right to ask questions - it sort of balances out. There are some things that are illegal to photograph even from public land, but the list of these things isn't available to the public so you can never be sure what you're not supposed to photograph. Oh well.

Creepy. It's right up to line. But I'm not sure this qualifies as "trouble." Looks like the refinery in question just lied about the incident. A cursory check of Thomas Hawk's blog should clear up any questions.
