no offense to fans, the cramps, or lux. i only know that he was/is a HUGE part of the CA music scene. thought i'd leave it up to those in-the-know to give him a proper salute in the comments. (alas, my taste in music leaves much to be desired.)

The Cramps were one of the first shows I ever attended. I was 12. I also requested the folks to drive me up to SF every halloween to see them play at the Warfield.
