That little beagle has a lot of raw potential and the physical tools to be a shutdown force on defense, but I think he made a mistake coming out of college a year early.

It actually is entertaining, and I speak as someone who loathes all sports (except equestrian events. Me want pony). They're cute little puppies, for god's sake!

Ah, my mistake. I agree that Animal Planet has every right to indulge the crazy cat (and dog) people among us. My cranky indignance over the quality of local TV still stands, though!

This is on Animal Planet, not Discovery Channel. And manys, c'mon. It's ANIMAL PLANET. Not a local station. I've watched Puppy Bowl for the past few years, and it's way more entertaining than anything else on at that time! The puppies (and kittens at half-time) romp around, splash in the water bowls (which are fitted with cameras!), and play. Plus, AP is encouraging adoption of shelter animals. Bring on the cute, cuddly animals. I'm ready. Woof!

Fuck this shit in the goat-ass. Srsly. Worse than TV20 or KICU36's "Lucy Bowl." Can't these stupid Program Directors find something not sports-oriented (or, God-forbid, actually entertaining) to run during the Super Bowl? This may be what finally convinces me that the local stations just do not like TV.
