He needs a theme song too. And a better name. And a sidekick (who torches portable bidets). And a graphic on CNN. And a painful backstory in which perhaps his parents were killed by a toilet, or the poop snake bit his bum or something. Does John Stewart know about this yet?

I was thinking the same thing... He could at least start to leave a note. Maybe he hates redevelopment and gentrification. I think he should start doing this to DPT carts.

I've thought that it was a disgruntled neighbor for a while now. @aj They have to have them at construction sites by law. Probably due to the powerful porta-potty lobby.

There's hundreds of these things on the streets of San Francisco. Some blocks in the toilet attack areas (including the Marin and Pac Hights and Nob Hill) would look funny without a construction site.
