I think this person is protesting the continued development of the area. We get all these rehabbed condos with no parking added into the buildings and the results are simply a harder time finding parking with an increase in DPT officers patrolling the area. I spend about 800 dollars a year in parking tickets, i like calling it my secondary tax for living in a community.
