Today's Exciting Israel-Palestine-Hamas-Gaza-Whatever Protest in Downtown SF

Oh, hey guys! Just letting you know that Allan Hough at Mission Mission is live on the scene from yet another Protest over violence in the Gaza Strip. Awesome! According to Hough, the cops are at Sacramento and Montgomery as of 4:55 p.m. He goes on to report that "it's the most aggressive [he's] seen cops in the city." Hardcore! If you guys want to check out the fun and reportedly peaceful rally, head down there right now. See you there! In struggle, SFist.

Oh crap. I gotta pass by there on my way out of the office. Thanks for the warning.

ahrgg.. more loud mouth arabs ....

hummm lets shoot rockets into a Israel and then complain.....

Cool sfist has become sfgate.

Obviously nobody should ever protest war. Is there any point any of you feel it would be ok to protest this or is anything that make you late for your burrito in the Mission really just pisses you off ?

At what point have enough people have died that a protest justified. 400 ? 800? 1000? 2000? Is there no number that would outrage you as long as rockets are fired ? 25% are civilian by even Israeli accounts. That cool ? Would it need to be 50% before you cared ? 75% ? Could anything make you care about an 'arab' ?

I would suggest maybe moving to Orange County where intolerance and apathy are more in vogue then San Francisco if protests really bug you that much.

I think Brock would prefer to live in a town where protests are in vogue more than a place where fake breasts are de rigeur.

I myself, am on the fence.

I know the subject isn't on the caliber of naked clowns or football, but your sarcastic coverage of a major protest downtown is pathetic.

noisebleed is funnny as well!

This is funny , scum I say scum!
