Four arrests were made this week after the brutal gang rape of a 28-year-old Richmond lesbian. Josue Gonzalez, 21, the pig at right, was arrested yesterday on a warrant for gang rape, kidnapping for a sex crime, and carjacking. Humberto Hernandez Salvador, 31, and two other teens (the 15- and 16-year-old creeps who went by "Paco" and "Blue) were arrested on Wednesday night for their involvement in last week's vicious hate crime.
If you remember, the hate crime happened after one of the arrested "approached the woman in [and] struck her with a blunt object, ordered her to disrobe and sexually assaulted her with the help of the others." After the guys saw somebody approached, they then kidnapped her and took her to a burned-out apartment building where she was raped again and "left naked outside the building while the alleged assailants took her wallet and drove off in her car."
The ordeal, according to police, started after the four men saw the victim had a rainbow flag on the back of her car. The woman is still recovering from the rape, which is "absolutely" being considered a hate crime.
"This crime has changed her for life," says police Lt. Mark Gagan.

I hope that the 2 teenagers get sent to the system as adults.
All 4 of them should rot in prison for life.
Don't get me wrong—I'm queer, & I believe that the only appropriate response to hate-based violence against queers is the same, escalated. But we got to keep in mind that we don't actually know that this "pig" is guilty, yet.
I meant "pig" in the sense that he looks terribly unkempt in the photo.
"Innocent until proven guilty" applies only to actual courts. We can tar and feather this worthless piece of s**t in the court of public opinion.
Bluecanary, that's a bit of a problem these days. What if he didn't do it? Thanks to Google, he'll be forever recorded on SFist as a "pig" and a "worthless piece of s**t."

Stereotypes exist for a reason. They don't magically appear in a vacuum. Other than that, based on the photo alone, he seems like a fine upstanding citizen.
I mean, who among us hasn't been to a brutal gang rape and instead of joining in, stood in the corner saying the rosary?

Uh... if you click on the link to the other story it basically says this guy turned himself in, and that his family actually drove him to the police station so he could surrender. So, yeah... this pig is guilty and should be burned alive.
Look, he has a criminal history, was considered by the police to be armed and dangerous, etc., etc. This is hardly some young, upstanding citizen, for whom there is any shred of doubt as to his guilt. This is not the Duke rape case, where possibly innocent guys are being dragged through the mud and saintly reputations ruined forever.
The three other guys pointed the finger at him, and the family did the right thing and forced him to turn himself in. He did it. DNA and the other witnesses will prove he did it, and he's going to jail. Where hopefully prison justice will be meted out accordingly (YES, that means I hope he gets an eye for an eye, prison style).
I can't figure out which is more awesome, gang rape or prison rape. Any ideas?

If they don't want random strangers wishing prison rape on them, here's an idea, maybe they shouldn't have hunted down and gang-raped this woman.
Then again, maybe gang-rapists look forward to prison rape. Some punishment, eh?
And besides, nobody "deserves" anything, anyway.
