Tied Up, Burned Body Discovered in Berkeley
Responding to a fire in Berkeley at 7 a.m. this morning, emergency crews found a dead, burned body at East Bay Parks land, west of I-80 between Gillman Street and University Avenue. According to ABC7, "the victim was tied up and police say a gasoline can was found nearby." More info as it comes in to us.
