Alfonso Israel De Leon, 34, was arrested on charges of tossing a two-year-old boy from a car in El Paso, Texas, on Saturday. While police wouldn't "disclose the children's relationship to De Leon," it seems the man was passing through the scary state of Texas with two children, the little boy and a four-year-old girl, when he threw the kid, as well as other objects, from the moving car. The boy is expected to survive.

If I found myself driving through Texas with a screaming 2 year old boy and a screaming 4 year old girl I am fairly certain that I would realize that somewhere along the line I made a very big mistake and throw myself under the wheels of the moving vehicle.
Tossing a little kid out the window seems somewhat unfair.
People on delusions should not drive.
Dump all the excess weight! We have to get out of Texas as fast as possible!
