Annual tradition? Maybe recently, but I (sadly) don't remember any streaking in the libraries when I worked at Moffett Library for 3 years. We did, however, have the occasional homeless masturbater at the computers, and every now and then someone would lock the door and cover up the windows in one of the study rooms in the Main Library during late night study hall. Bom-chicka-bow-bow...

i used to work security at the Berkeley library. Sometimes hundreds of people come running through during finals. Usually they're the people from the student co-ops. One of my idiot security co-workers tried to chase some down and tackle them. God, that guy was such a tool. (sigh)... college...
