The psychic is innocent, all of those terrible things did NOT happen precisely because these people gave her money. If I were her attorney, that is how I would defend her. Plus, I would bring into court my Ouija board, and use it for jury selection.

I would like to commend Dan Noyes, AND the San Mateo Police on discovering that "psychics" are swindlers, frauds, and con-artists. Well done. If only this were common knowledge. Granted, this lady was a little overt in her claims, but... those that paid her anything more than a moment's attention deserve to have lost what they did. They're born every minute.
