Why do they have public drinking fountains in Portland? I bought eight Stellas and a round of Rumplemintz for the whole bar there once, and still had change from a dollar.

Portland's drinking fountains are great! You never know where they're going to pop up. You can be walking by an abandoned lot and suddenly there's a drinking fountain. They're like signposts to the lost history of ancient Portland or something. I want to move back to Portland! No turds on the sidewalks of Portland, mang!
