MUSIC: The San Francisco Gay Men's Chorus celebrates 30 years of performing choir music with a homosexual flair. On hand to help them out, as if they need any, is Tony Award-winning Jennifer Holiday (the original Effie White in Dreamgirls) and raspy-voiced actress of note Piper Laurie (who can see your dirty pillows).

CLUB: Now that Goth/industrial Death Guild has moved to DNA Lounge, the unfortunately-named Glas Kat brings in new blood to keep the mopey set satisfied. Tonight is the first night of Deathwish, a night that's, well, pretty much the same thing. DJs will spin tunes by Joy Division, Bauhaus, Depeche Mode, Siouxsie, Sisters of Mercy, Jesus and Mary Chain, Kraftwerk, Tones on Tail, The Cure, Skinny Puppy, Killing Joke, and more music that we want to poke fun at, but won't since we secretly love this shit. (Shut up.)

GREEN: Come hangout with other bourgeois, carbon footprint-babbling folks at Burn Green Soiree. It's some sort of potluck, so bring stuff. Or, you know, sponge off of those who brought stuff.
