Surprised you didn't say "hollandaise," so I guess that's an improvement.
Also the rarely used "Netherlandic" or if you want to specify from Holland (as that is a specific region of the Netherlands) use "Hollandish" or "Hollandic"
I just love the Dutch language. Like English but with more vowels!
