An unidentified man was shot and killed last night at Valencia and 22nd Street in the city's Mission district. The shooting happened around 10:30 p.m. last night. The man was pronounced dead at the scene. No arrests have been made. (CBS 5) Update: The murder victim has been identified as San Francisco resident Victor Cipriano-Lopez, 22. The suspect, described as being in his mid-20s, "drove off in what witnesses said was a dark-colored, four-door vehicle." Any persons with information on the Sunday night shooting need to call the SFPD's anonymous tip line at 415-575-4444.

Hmmm, The Chronicle says the 3000 block of 22nd, which would more like Folsom.
The shooting was on 22nd St and San Jose, near Valencia St, it was not by Folsom/3000 block. I was about two blocks away walking toward 22nd when I heard it, and about a minute later there were about 10 police cars surrounding the intersection.
