CABARET: Tony-nominated talent and Bambi Lake-inspired cabaret genius Justin Bond (one half of Kiki & Herb) graces San Francisco with his presence tonight. Headlining at Carnegie Hall, The Sydney Opera House, The South Bank Centre, and having starred on both on and off Broadway, Bond brings his powerful voice and tragically beautiful sense of humor and beauty for two nights. (November 21 & 22.)

10:30 p.m. // Razz Room at Hotel Nikko (222 Mason) // $40

CLUB: Sila & the Afrofunk Experience are doing their annual food drive with "FunkGiving: Thanksgiving Ball." For a third year in a row, Sila & the Afrofunk Experience are asking for fans to bring five cans or more of food to their concerts. (Good food, people! Seriously, go to Whole Foods and load up.) This year they are generous to have two concert/food drives: November 21 at Ashkenaz in Berkeley (for San Francisco Food Bank) and Saturday, November 22 at Little Fox Theatre in Redwood City (for second Harvest of Santa Clara & San Mateo County). In exchange you will get to hear some of the Bay Area's finest funk sounds around.

9 p.m. // Ashkenaz World Music & Dance Community Center (1317 San Pablo Ave.) // $13 + five cans of food
