I never understood why it was ok to hate on the marina/frat people. I wouldn't fit in with that crowd, but I'm glad they have a place that they can have fun, just like I wouldn't fit in at a gay bar, but I'm glad they have a place to have fun, too.

I'm always amazed at what people call a "good" neighborhood here............... See one homeless person walk by or a person of colour in one of the shops, and immediately a red flag goes up, but stabbings and fights breaking out in Marina / Cow Hollow..... And it's not rare at all.
