For a second I read this as "Craigslist Founder Sex..." - funny, Craig Newmark doesn't strike as someone who would necessarily frequent his own list for this sort of thing.

The hooker is supposed to provide services and THEN collect the agreed upon fee. If I had to bet my hard earned money, I would say "hooker at fault". Of course, assuming that a hooker will be well behaved can get you in trouble. If you are a john, you should be prepared for this and... 1) Hide all valuables or better yet... 2) oh wait this isn't a bikes/cars thread nevermind...
