Bill O'Reilly's SF "Documentary" Will Have You Rolling In the Aisles

We could get all up in Bill O'Reilly face, as well as the plum visage of "Factor" produce and liar Jesse Watter, for throwing shade at SF. They claim that San Francisco is, inarguably, one big "Grateful Dead concert;" that North Beach is our tenderloin district; and that we are rife with neighborhood-specific dark underbellies. But we won't. Because they're spot-on when they say that SF parks are terrifying at night. Just thinking about Dolores Park at dusk gives us the heebie-jeebies. Anyway, watch the pseudo-documentary O'Reilly produced. It's the feel-good movie of the day. But you'll have to go here to watch it. (Do not fear the embedded code, MSM. It is your friend.)

What has happened to Bill O'Reilly in the Presidio that has made him so terrified to go there at night?

Hmmmm....

almost ALL the images shown are in the T'loin with a few of the strip clubs on Broadway thrown in.

Of course there are shots of Broadway thrown in. After all, Broadway is in the Tenderlion aka North Beach.

Oh hey, Bill O'Reilly's still a grandstanding douche. *yawn*

You're afraid of parks at night?? I don't really fear for my safety at night anywhere in SF but the 6th and Market area (where I watched someone get shot once).

Maybe I'm just a wild risk taker.

Whatever.

who is afraid of the presdio?

and big groups of pot smokers?

can you be a culture warrior even if no one is attacking you?

The Castro Theatre is now located in North Beach, aka the Tenderloin, where helpless women push strollers past dirty needles on the sidewalk. Thanks, Billy.

@Bluecanary
Are you one of the "ninety percent of San Francisco's population [who] are either homeless, addicted to drugs, prostitutes, crazy, or some mix of all these?" If you are, then you are one of the people us 10% are afraid of. I'm especially scared of Washington Square Park at night (the center of the T'Loin).

Fox News, once more proving that satire has become obsolete.

Now that I'm done laughing, I think I'll go screw my homeless tranny girlfriend up the ass while smoking weed in front of a cop and begging for change before getting ready to mug people in the Presidio!

Well, maybe I'll just get back to work.

I am still crying from joy. "Fair and Balanced" are really the two best words to describe such in-depth journalism...

fear dolores park at night?? really? why? lolz. i was reading an article about alamo square in the chronicle today. apparently that area used to be extremely ghetto. i read through the comments section, and many of the commentators were claiming that alamo square is still skid row. i guess it's all relative.

Thanks, Bill, now even more people are going to want to move here.

This mean less tourists? I wouldn't like that. But, less jackass tourists? I'd like that.

I like how little-Bill sounds like he's afraid of the neon lights.
That was so awesome, I think I'm going to send that out pre-emptively to all my wedding guests as further inducement to come visit.

SF is the bomb and i hate san jose. bill oreilly is a douche. that is all.

The producer's name is Jesse Watters, not Watter. Bizarrely, he's my godbrother, or whatever you call the son of your godparents -- anyways, I've known him since childhood. I can't believe he didn't hit me up for an interview when they rolled through town.

Fox viewers are all latent homosexuals anyway. If they came here they'd drink too much and wake up the next morning wearing panties with a big "bear" next to them.

you know if you are gonna talk about the horrors of sf.. you could dig deeper and get much more interesting reporting.. like .. club footed mission pigeons, the "drink pee" lady i used to see at every folsom st fair, or time i saw little bo peep getting screwed by a sheep on halloween in the castro. Really .. why no mention of Dore Alley?

come on.. dig deeper.. pot, massage parlors and homeless? Every city has these things, its just that sf is relatively condensed and pedestrian oriented.. so everyone is running in each others biz. In LA you just smoke your pot in your private home, and you never have a reason to go to the entire district where all the homeless live.

I compare to LA because i just moved from sf to la for grad school.. but ooooooh do i miss sf, which is why i get all fired up and defensive i 'spose.

I bet the Lusty Lady couldn't ask for better publicity than to star in that opening shot. They must be thrilled! I wonder why he missed kink.com and Dore Alley? If I'm going to be labeled a deviant, I at least want it to be thoroughly researched.

Do you guys actually feel unsafe (compared to anywhere else) in our parks at night? I don't blink an eye in SF's parks, really, though being in suburban parks when they're completely deserted freaks the bejeezus out of me. I grew up in a the deviant French Quarter of New Orleans (making my defense of SF, of course, utterly useless), but my parents always said that it felt much safer than the burbs - always people around, always light and noise, always a business to duck into (even a strip club!) if someone was creepy.

Central Park safer than any SF park? Bwhaaaaaaaa! I just love how they worked praise for that SOB "let's get NYC sued" bastard Giuliani in there, too.

Ayman Zawahri's video (the cave-lovin', child-raping second in command of the oh-so-scary Al-Qaida club for young boys in sheets so their balls dangle out) anyway, his video was more fair and balanced than Bill O'Really?'s.

I thought that was pretty accurate. Bill sounded dumb, but the piece, was pretty soft. SF is much worse than shown.

at first i was appalled, then it occurred to me that this video will serve to dissuade viewers of 'The Factor' from visiting or moving to San Francisco. i hope he makes a whole series of these.

Maybe he took pictures of Broadway because Jesse Waters was looking for a place that Bill'O could use for his phone sex escapades?

Remember Andrea Mackris? SAVE THE TAPES! SAVE THE TAPES!

Huh, if North Beach is so bad, why is it one of the top 10 neighborhoods in America? Hm...something is funny methinks. Must be liberal bias.
