I think if she's suspicious enough about his behavior that she's checking his sent mail, her marriage is already doomed, either because he's cheating and she knows it, or she's a paranoid nutjob. (My money is on the former.) She could spend a little time at the Genius Bar herself and see if it check out. But I think her time is better spent asking divorced friends if they have an attorney recommendation for her.

What? This happens all the time. My iPhone photoshopped some pics of me having sex with a large variety of men. I have NEVER seen those men before, so I don't know where the iPhone got those pics. Major design flaw, paging Steve Jobs.

When cheating don't use any electronics. It's that simple. I still use dead letter drops for my illicit photo sharing. Look for the chalk mark on the statue kids.
