I think this is the plan of the new bond movie - terrorists seize control of the ap and steer unsuspecting people to their deaths off of unfinished overpasses. And then there's the plot of the new Charlie Kaufman movie: unnamed poster kills with trenchant comments after he gets home from work but it's too late and nobody reads them.

I wonder how many extra accidents it will cause as people read the information off of their phones while driving.
