Well there's the Metreon area bowling thing and Pacifica available. Not sure the bowling biz is viable at that location.

Aren't they also tearing down the Presidio bowling alley with the Fisher proposal and building a mall-esque area?

The Fishers are basically giving 9 figures worth of art plus financing the removal of an ugly parking lot. The alternative nimby proposal is a six figure history museum that's not financed. Tough choice.
