<description>&lt;p&gt;Naming won&apos;t matter much -- this is clearly a different individual than the one a week ago.  Same species (red-tailed hawk), different individual. Red-tails can be seen soaring over the city every day, try looking up.  October is a major month for raptors migrating over the San Francisco.  Just go up to Hawk Hill some morning and watch the hawks fly past and over to the city.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
