The elusive N-Judah line celebrates 80 years of getting you to and from the Outer Sunset. According to N Judah Chronicles:
"Mason Powell" designed this piece of art which we're now featuring on shirts at our zazzle.com store. Celebrate 80 years of the N Judah line, which went into service on October 21, 1928 with an inaugural ride conducted by Mayor "Sunny Jim" Rolph himself.

i'm fondly recalling that time it made me 80 years late to work
Think it'll be on time to its own birthday party?
hey thanks for the shout out, Brock!
I woudl be taking a birthday ride on the N, but I'm at home recovering from a rather nasty non MUNI accident. It sucks!
But the weather is awesome and if you can, bail out of work and take the N to the park!
Gee, is Mayor Gavin going to take a celebratory ride on the N Judah today?!!!!
....and it's 80 years shows.
The N-Judah is the worst and slowest line in the city. Way too many stops, breaks down often and drivers often take trains out of service half-way through this route.
I will continue to own a car and leave a large carbon footprint because MUNI routinely lets me down, makes me late, leaves me stranded half way and breaks down.
I'd like to be more environmentally friendly but with poor service that MUNI provides has caused me to be deaf to all calls to be 'green'.
Waaa! Bring back the cheery orange & white Muni buses and trains!!!
