are you serious? our SFPD actually caught a suspect? let's hope our lame DA doesn't f*ck things up and actually charges them with a crime.
So SFPD apparently catch a homeless guy and there are no details as to how or why they seemingly know that he's responsible? I'd certainly like to hear more about this because it's not sounding that great right now.
Even if the police framed someone I'd be impressed though.
