<description>&lt;p&gt;Why does it take over 3 hours to get a body off the tracks? =( If this were the London metro they&apos;d have him off and trains running again in minutes.

Or for that matter, when someone is hit and killed on the freeway here, priority is given to getting traffic flowing again and getting the body out of the lanes.

Why do we shut down our train systems for hours on end when there&apos;s an accident? =/&lt;/p&gt;</description>
