Gas-Free Fridays

gas-free-friday-mission.gif

Oh gosh, we almost forgot! Today and every Friday this month is Gas-Free Fridays, which not only promotes using your two-wheeled mechanisms to get around the city, but features energizer stations where do-gooding cyclists can fill up on fair-trade coffee, high-fives, fist pumps, snacks, and other goodies. Here are your station locations for October:

Oct. 10th: Valencia and 17th Streets Oct. 17th: Embarcadero (between the Ferry Building and Justin Herman Plaza Oct. 24th: City Hall, Polk and Grove Streets Oct. 31st: Folsom and 7th Streets

And if you want to help organize a Bike Bus from your hood to the Gas-Free Friday energizer stations on Fridays in October, go here for more details. Happy/safe riding, folks.
