Who the hell really believes that this new "Halloween in San Francisco" bullshit is really going to work? You have to be fucking kidding me.
Thanks a lot Supervisor Dufty, you are a liar. You said on TV CAMERAS on 2007's Halloween that you'd bring it back to the Castro. With the economy all screwed up, I think it would be nice to bring it back since it would help businesses make some money, instead of having a bunch of for-profit corps selling food at insane prices at this new SF Halloween fest.
After the shooting two years ago, it was really nice to have a Halloween where we residents didn't have to lock ourselves inside for safety and the merchants didn't have to board up their shops like a hurricane was coming.
